Raven Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and cch137, the individual developer who runs Raven ("we", "us"). Raven means the website at raven.cch137.com and its sign-in site, the minion agent and the Wisp browser extension. By creating an account or using Raven, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through the devices and tokens you connect.
- One person per account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using yours.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Raven to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- harm, harass, deceive or impersonate others;
- create malware, attack systems, or reach data or systems you have no permission to use;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
- get around usage limits, billing, or the safety rules of Raven or of the AI providers behind it;
- resell or give others access to Raven without our permission.
The usage policies of the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy also apply to requests sent to them.
4. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you put into Raven and in what Raven produces for you. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run Raven for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for what you share through share links.
5. AI output and agents
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. Check it before you rely on it, and do not use it as a substitute for professional advice.
- Agents act where you let them: on computers you connect with minion, and on the sites you allow in Wisp. Actions they take there, such as running commands, editing files, or submitting forms, are yours. Review what you allow and keep backups of anything important.
6. Credits
- Requests are paid for with credits at the prices Raven shows, which may change. A request may be refused when your balance cannot cover it.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. Promotional credits follow the scope and expiry shown when they are granted.
- We may correct balances that are wrong because of an error or misuse.
7. Other services
Raven relies on other services, including AI providers and the websites you or an agent visit. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Changes and availability
Raven is under active development and run by one person. We may add, change or remove features, set or change limits, or stop offering Raven, at any time and with or without notice, and it may be unavailable at times.
9. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time on the account page of the sign-in site. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts Raven or others at risk, with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer
Raven is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Raven. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Raven in the twelve months before it arose, which is nothing if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your content, from your use of Raven in breach of these terms, or from what agents do on the devices and sites you let them use.
13. Changes to these terms
We change these terms by publishing a new version here with a new effective date. For a significant change, we will try to let you know in advance, for example by email or in Raven. Continuing to use Raven after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
14. General
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
